NCT Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is required for all actors in our children's theatre group. Cast members may miss up to two rehearsals for any reason. All absences must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Missing a mandatory dress rehearsal or a performance may result in removal from the production.

Rehearsal Rules

• Arrive ten minutes before your scheduled start time.

• Sign in with the stage manager or director upon arrival.

• Bring your script (if applicable), a pencil, and a water bottle to every practice.

 

Absence Guidelines

• Notify the director via the absence line on BAND before you miss a practice.

• Doctor notes are required for sickness during show week.

 

Performance Commitments

• All show dates and technical rehearsals are mandatory.

• Late arrivals on show days cause delays for the entire crew.

• Emergency conflicts are handled case by case by the director.

 

Cast Teamwork

Every single person matters to the success of our show, no matter the size of the role. Theatre is a team sport, and when you are absent, it affects the whole cast and changes the energy of the rehearsal. We rely on each other to make the production the best it can be!
